For any information you need regarding your stay in Castello Antico Hotel and Gythio area, the reservations department of our hotel is always at your disposal.
RESERVATION POLICY
It is a great pleasure for us to inform you through telephone contact about the availability and the rooms rates. The final confirmation of reservations can only be done by email or online. The agreed money deposit can be paid either with a bank money transfer or by using credit/debit cards, within a predetermined period of time set by the reservation department.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation 21 days before the arrival date for reservations which made direct with our hotel and have a refund option, the deposit will be refunded. Client will be charged all the bank transfer’s fees.
For cancellations made within 21 days of the arrival date, the money deposit will be not refundable.
For reservations which made with special offers and they have non refundable rates, in case of cancellation or modification the total amount of the deposit is non-refundable. Reservations made through our partners and tour operators, can be cancelled according their cancellation policy.
Reservations made online can be cancelled according the policy that appears during the booking process.
Please note that these policies may be different from the above cancellation policies.
In case of a no-show customer, the money deposit will be no refundable.
ROOMS POLICY
Castello Antico Hotel consists of a series of stone towers with a total number of 27 double and triple rooms. Due to the Mani building architecture, cobbled streets and stone steps are required for the entrance of the rooms.
All double rooms of our hotel can host up to 2 person, whether they are adults or children over 2.5 years old.
The triple rooms of our hotel can host 3 person, whether they are adults or children over 2.5 years old. A limited number of triple rooms can accommodate 4 person. The reservations department can provide you with any information regarding the available room types.
Children aged 0-2.5 years old can be hosted free of charge in all types of rooms. The hotel provides baby cots free of charge, upon request.
PETS POLICY
Pets are welcome at our property! In order to achieve our guest’s satisfaction and comfort, pet owners have to follow the “Castello Antico Hotel Pet Policy”. We kindly ask you to inform us about your desire to accompany your pet in our place, before the confirmation of your reservation, in order to send you our pet policy by email and inform you for the applicable internal rules at Castello Antico Hotel.
We would like to remind you that in our pet policy, all terms and conditions must be respected and followed from the pet owners during their stay in our hotel.
The visitors should inform us by email that they will accompany their pet during their stay in our hotel. They should also mention by email for the size, the race, the age and the social behavior / manners of the pet.
The agreement between hotel management and pet owner, must be always confirmed by email and is validated with the signature of the document of the pet policy, at the time of your arrival at the reception desk.
Unfortunately, the hotel cannot host pets during the period starting on 01 of July and ending on 31 of August each year..
In case that the reservation department has not received any information by the guest for hosting a pet, the hotel manager has the right not to accept the reservation.
